Shipping and Delivery Info

To ensure timely processing, please enter your shipping and billing information without non-English characters or emojis. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. The domestic delivery may take

5-7 business days and the international delivery may take 10-15 business days.

 

International Customs & Duties


Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on shipping address and weight of the items ordered.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  ORDER AND REFUND POLICY

We are unable to cancel an order once it is placed. Unfortunately due to limited quantities available, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. If you have received any damaged product, you can contact our customer portal and they will help you to return the product to the store. If your return request is valid, the refund amount will be credited to the same mode of payment you paid.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered at any time. 

Due to high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. In the event that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can.

We reserve the right to change the products listed on the website without prior notice and/or may limit from time to time the quantity of products that may be ordered during a single buying session. We may also modify or discontinue any products on the website. If we discontinue the item you have ordered, we will issue you a full refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.

Order Status

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 72-120 hours for live tracking updates. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
